Accounts and Identity
SyMath uses Google Play Games authentication on Android to identify an existing player profile and protect account-specific saves. iOS Game Center integration is still in development.
Game Data and Storage
Player profiles, progress, achievements within GradPixel's game systems, earned items and purchase-related entitlement records may be stored locally and through Google Play cloud save services. Account and player identifiers are used to associate the correct saved progress with the authenticated player.
Advertising, Purchases and Service Providers
SyMath uses Google Play Games services, Google Mobile Ads with consent management, Unity In-App Purchasing and a Google Apps Script-based support service. Depending on the feature, these providers may process authentication, device, advertising, purchase and support-request information.

Data Retention and Deletion
SyMath players may request permanent account deletion in the game or by contacting GradPixel Support. After ownership verification and confirmation, the applicable player profile and associated personal game data are to be deleted. A support ticket is not confirmation that deletion is complete.
Limited records may be retained when necessary for applicable legal obligations, transaction records, security or fraud prevention. Retained information is not used to reconstruct a deleted game profile.
Security
We aim to limit data access to what is necessary for game operation, support and applicable legal obligations. Internet-based services involve security risks, and no transmission or storage method is guaranteed to be completely secure.
